A week passed in a blink of an eye and i didn't even realised that. The days of sonali's farewell were near but we were more happy than being sad of her going. Not that anything will change between us even after her marriage because we won't let that happen.

Today was a very special day as it was our little munchkins 4th birthday. Our cutipieee was growing very fast. And ishaan bhai, being a perfect a perfect dad, had planned a big party for his princess on her day. We all were very excited for today as kiara was the star of our eyes. Specially bhai and bhabhi's.

They never fail to give kiara what she deserves. A princess treatment. They love her beyond the star and will do anything for her as she was the reason of their happy life.

I was getting ready to go downstairs as sonali was taking a bath. This girl always gets up late. Every day i have to remind her that her fiance was in the same house and what if he comes in the room and saw her sleeping like a sloth? That's the statement which makes her jump out of the bed in a flash.

While wearing the left earning, i made my way out of the room , to go downstairs and wish the angel whose giggling voice was heard till the first floor. I was focused on wearing the earning which was not ready to go inside my ear wholw whick made me sigh.

Not noticing my surroundings, i stepped out of the room only to hit a hard thing making me loose my balance as my eyes widened. I closed my eyes, ready to kiss the ground but felt like i was flying in the air. I scrunched my brows while slowly opening my eyes. Only to meet those deep dark brown orbs which makes my heart go wild.

My eyes widened as my heart took its speed. Gosh, why is it always him that i bump into? I cursed myself for not looking in front. I gulped at the proximity between us. It felt likw those tipical bollywood movie scenes.

His deep dark brown orbs staring right into my soul as his Musk cologne hit my nostrils makinga weird feeling arise in my stomach. Ahh why does this feeling occurs whenever he is around? Not to lie but its feels good. It is new and something i would not mind feeling.

We were staring at each other, not wanting to part away. Even if i try to take my eyes of his orbs, i just couldn't. He was so enchanting. Everything about him was perfect. His features were unreal as if a anime character in real life.

"Bas kariye miss avasthi, aur kitna ghurengi hume apni nashili ankho se?"

[ stop it, miss avasthi, for how long will you keep staring at me with those intoxicating eyes of ours?]

Umar bhar, mr. Deshmukh. My heart beat rose as i gulped down the lump of nervousness inside my throat. I finally looked away and a a blush crept on my cheeks as my thoughts rang inside my mind. Umar bhar, mr. Deshmukh. Shivika you have gone crazy?!! What is happening to you? Stop thinking nonsense things!!!

I straightened my posture as and lowered my head not wanting to show him my flushed face.

"Dekh kar chala kijiye miss avasthi, hum humesha nahi honge apko bachane ke liye aur apko ese koi aur bachaye, vo hum chahte nahi. "

[watch where you, miss avasthi. i wont aways be there to save you and i dont want soemone else to save you either.]

Atharv said making my heart bounce so fast as if my ribs would break and it will jump out of my body. I looked at him who was already looking at me deeply. This man and his flirting will be death of me one day. For sure.

Not being able to meet his intimidating gaze, i turned around and ran as fast as i could. My body felt so hot while my cheeks were on fire, i knew it they were no less than a tomato or maybe darker than its colour. My hand resting on my chest as it heaved up and down. I stopped near the stairs and peeked back towards the direction of our room only to find him leaning towards the wall near our door while raising his brow at me.

I looked away and ran downstairs, escaping his eyes which captivates me under them.

Oh god, why is she so cute? She can't even breath properly when i am that close to her. I couldn't help but let out a laugh as her flushed red face flashed in my mind. I didn't knew things like these happen in real life as well. Before her, i never believed in such things but the way she does these little things, it makes my heart jump like crazy.

I was busy laughing when i noticed sonali bhabhi looking at me weirdly while standing on the doorstep of her room. "Are you drunk, devar ji?" She asked while i stood straight and shook my head, gulping. Ahh! Atharv you stupid ass, couldn't you laugh inside your room? I am so embarrassed.

"Then why are you laughing like that?" She asked raising her brows. "V-vo n-nothing, i-i just remembered a j-joke." I stuttered badly as i cursed myself in mind for stuttering like that. "I don't believe you. I will see you later as i have some work to do right now. So you better be ready for the investigation." Saying this she gave me a side eyes and walkes passing me.

Was arav bhai and nitya not enough that she too joined the investigation game of their's? Ahh! Atharv you crazy.

I stomped my legs on the floor as i heard a 'chum-chum' voice making me frown my brows as i looked towards my feets and there was lying a single jhumka. I smiled as i realised whom it belonged to. I picked it up and stared at it with a wide smile.

"Even this single piece of jhumka of yours is making my heart beat at an unknown pace, miss avasthi. "

I said as if miss avasthi was standing there which made me chuckle. I am loving this. Please miss avasthi, let me experience this feeling all my life. I wanna feel this feeling all my life because my heart feels alive whenever i think of it. Whenever i think of you.

Am i really in love? Madly? With her? Really?

Shrugging it off, i slide the Earning inside my pocket as i moved my legs towards downstairs. Today kiara is very happy, her giggles were echoing in the house. I smiled as i remembered the day i first took kiara in my arms. It made me feel so much, holding a baby for the first time, i felt so good. The tiny body of her's was like a teddy in my arms.

I am not a soft guy type but it felt good with her in my arms and miss avasthi near me. I felt completed. Ishaan bhai and sneha bhabhi are so lucky to have the bundle of joy in their life. Will i too have a bundle of joy like her in my life? I don't know what the future holds for me.

I was in my thoughts when i stepped on the last stair as the beautiful view came in front of my eyes. There was she, twirling kiara in her arms with a big smile spread on her lips. My heart skipped a beat which went unnoticed by me as everything vanished around me. It was only she with kiara in her arms, twirling her. Her giggles mixed with kiara's gave the beat to my heart.

I felt warm. I felt as if i was dreaming, day dreaming. Her hair flew in the air as her eyes shined looking at kiara who was loving it. Oh god, miss avasthi, stop being so beautiful. My poor heart can't take it anymore. I feel like hiding her in my arms. Is this what love feels like?

Was this really what love is? Am i really falling for the beauty that my eyes and heart were capturing? She makes me feel like no one else in my whole life did. Why is she the only that makes my heart beat in a rythmic tone? Why does my heart feel like every beat is meant for her?

" Jab vo pass hoti hai toh dil ko ik sukoon sa milta hai. Jab vo hasti hai toh mera dil bhi uske sath hasta hai. Aur jab vo un ankho se yun mujhe dekhti hai toh mera dil anjani dhun mein bajta hai. Uske alava mere dil ko kuch dikhta hi nhi. Is this really what they call love? A true love?"

[whenever she is near me, i feel a kind of peace in my heart. whenever she smiles, my heart smiles with her. and, whenever she looks at me with those eyes, my heart beats at an unknown rhythm. execpt her, my heart sees nothing.]

Ugh! Miss avasthi, i was never this confused in my life before but see, you are making me go mad, you are making my heart beat crazily. Why? Why are you doing this to my poor heart and soul?
